In this intermediate category, the focus will be on key training sessions. 01 Cycle Progression
- Through this plan, you will have 01 month of ELITE advice directly with our coach.
02 Cycles Progression
- Through this plan, you will have 02 months of ELITE advice directly with our coach.
03 Cycles Progression
- Through this plan, you will have 04 months of ELITE advice directly with our coach.
04 Cycles Progression
- Through this plan, you will have 06 months of ELITE advice directly with our coach.
- 15 weeks
- 30 weeks
- 45 weeks
- 60 weeks
In this training plan option, you will have 15 weeks (full cycle) of our methodology.
By acquiring this 30 weeks specific training plan which ends on event date, and opting to connect to our coach account at Trainingpeaks, you will have ELITE treatment for the first 02 months. This means that in addition to having the specific training for your race, you will have the chance to engage with coach Joel de Bem to further personalize his workouts as well as their analysis. This is the right way to start your dream of preparing for an Ironman.
It is 03 cycles of 15 weeks where:
In the first cycle the training volume is based on the Olympic distance;
The second cycle of 15 weeks progresses to a distance of Ironman® 70.3®;
And finally, the third and final cycle with the training sessions and their volume will be proposed for the Ironman® 140.6® distance.

This progression contains 04 cycles of our methodology. The early-stage has the triathlon volume at the sprint distance, passing the Olympic, followed by the Ironman® 70.3® distance to the last 15 weeks cycle of the Ironman® 140.6® distance.
It's the smartest, most gradual way to elevate your fitness without the slightest risk of injury or overtraining.

These programs have an exact start date for your training. Therefore, you can be sure that you will be in your best condition at the right time.
You can also choose between 15, 30, and up to 45 weeks in advance.
