Running Training plans
We have different levels of running training plans ranging from distances of 10 kilometers to 21k events, until the most desired marathons in the world. For these majors, we have race-specific training plans for these events, with pre-scheduled start dates, culminating in the competition of your choice.
Choose from different levels of Running Training Plans
In addition, you can choose your level of preparation, ranging from intermediate (3-4 times per week of training) to advanced (6-7 days per week). You can also learn about the ELITE consulting option for our training.

Intermediate Running Plans
15 weeks Complete Running Plan (Intermediate)

In this training plan option, you will have 15 weeks (full cycle) of our methodology for any distance listed here..
- 10k races;
- Half-Marathons;
- Marathons.
Through this plan, you will have 01 month of ELITE advice directly with our coach.

Mutli-Language options:
30 weeks Running Plan (Intermediate)

By acquiring this plan you will have a progression of 02 complete cycles of our methodology. An excellent choice to gradually evolve to your goal.
- Half-Marathons: progression from 10k volume until 21k;
- Marathons: progression from 21k volume until Marathon.
Through this plan, you will have 02 months of ELITE advice directly with our coach.

Mutli-Language options:
45 weeks Running Plan

This is the right way to start your dream of preparing for a Marathon.
It is 03 cycles of 15 weeks where:
In the first cycle the training volume is based on the 10k distance;
The second cycle of 15 weeks progresses to a distance of 21k;
And finally, the third and final cycle with the training sessions and their volume will be proposed for the Marathon distance.
Through this plan, you will have 04 months of ELITE advice directly with our coach.

Advanced Running Plans
When opting for advanced training plans, the person should fit the profile of an experienced athlete, who trains several times a week and has a history of competitions completed.The time has come to raise performance expectations by choosing from these advanced training plan options. Weekly schedules with more than 05 days of training and multiple daily sessions will make the difference between the athlete who wants to complete a race, than the one who seeks to significantly improve his performance on the events by your choice.
